Starting time & pick up
Usual start at 10:00. It is possible at any time by agreement. Unless otherwise requested, you will be picked up by our guide at the hotel reception.
Cancellation and rescheduling
In case of cancellation or rescheduling, please contact us at least 24 hours before the tour or event should start.
Entrance & transportation tickets
No tickets or passes are included in the price of the tour.
Minimum number of participants
The minimum number of participants for this service is 3 persons.
This is always the total number of participants who have booked the date. Therefore, your reservation can theoretically be for a smaller number of people if the total number of participants reaches the required number.
In the event that the required number of people is not reached for the given date, even if your request is included, you will be offered another date, or SimplyPrague.cz confirms the right not to confirm the reservation, or to cancel and return the unused amount.
Additional time
For each additional hour, the amount of CZK 850,- will be charged regardless of the number of people.
